I was awarded my real estate sales license over 30 years ago, and I have bought and sold many homes and investment properties for myself, my friends and family. In the 1980s I created David Aaron Associates – Custom Construction, and went on to a 30 year career building and renovating 100s of homes, stores, restaurants, clubs and offices. During those years I developed the knowledge base of both home builder and real estate developer. Over time I became skilled in the nuanced art of negotiating offers.

Now I have returned to full time real estate sales. The many years of building and renovating has furnished me with valuable knowledge and skills unique for a real estate agent. It’s a skill set I share for free with clients.
